CNC Machining

We are increasingly using our CNC machining centres for the production of small to medium batches of complex components.
Our ability to download programmes directly from our 3D CAD system allows the manufacture of extremely complex profiles and forms to be achieved within a short time scale.
We regularly machine materials including: tool steels & stainless steels through to aluminium and plastics. We also have capacity for the CNC machining of castings, both steel and aluminium.

To give an example, one of our machining centres shown below is the Daewoo HP400 Horizontal machining centre equipped with a dual pallett auto change system.
